	Finding quality health products couldn’t be easier! All you have to do is pop into our shop or call us on 01264 332375. Organic: We prefer to purchase organic products and have a full range of dried fruit, nuts, grains, pulses, herbal teas, cereals, and packaged goods. Brands include Biona, Meridian, Natures Path, Queenswood, Whole Earth and Gillian McKeith. Our veggie box delivery comes from Harroway Organic Gardens who are based near Whitchurch. With two sizes of box the hand picked orders are delivered every Thursday morning. To arrange delivery please phone us or ask at the shop.
	Dietary: For our customers with food intolerance we have a wide range of specialist products for wheat, gluten, dairy and sugar-free diets. Wheat-free and gluten-free flours and xanthum gum. Brands include Allergycare, Barbara’s Bakery, Biona, Clearspring, DS, Glutafin, Glutano, Mrs Crimble’s, Orgran, and Trufree. For dairy-free diets we have amongst others Bonsoy, Oatly, Provamel milks and desserts and Sojasun yoghurts. Sugar-free or N.A.S brands include Merdian, Biona and Bel Arte plus a selection of Booja booja organic wheat and dairy-free chocolates.
	Sports Supplements: We aim to supply only the best. Through lack of space we cannot carry huge stocks of bodybuilding and sports supplements, but we can order from our suppliers and have it in stock usually within a week. We do stock EAS, Isatori, Designer Whey, Muscletech and Nutrisport as well as a good range of amino acids and electrolyte replacement products.
	Vitamin & Mineral Supplements/Herbal Remedies: We pride ourselves in stocking a broad range of quality and affordable supplements. Our VMS range brands include Biocare, Bioforce, Biohealth, Cortaflex, Naturalife, Nature’s Aid, New Chapter , Potters, Quest, Udo’s Oil and Viridian . Most other brands we can find through our wholesalers.
	Homeopathic Healing the body as a whole! We stock mainly Weleda but do have a selection of Nelson’s products. Health Notes Online has a wonderful section dealing with homeopathy.The Bach Flower Remedies are a product range in themselves, our suppliers are from Healing Herbs whose follow the traditional method devised by Dr Bach.We also stock the Little Miracles range of flower remedies for children.
	Aromatherapy: Ancient healing art using Nature’s pure essential oils. Absolute Aromas is our preferred supplier: an English company, they have a large range of essential oils and carriers and have just developed an organic range. We stock over 45 different essential oils and around 10 carriers.
	Bodycare: Natural products without the harsh surfactants (Sodium Lauryl Sulphate etc). We have in stock the handmade Anousta collection of body care products, made totally without ‘nasties’ as are the Faith in Nature range, Green People and Weleda as well as numerous toothpastes and deodorants.
